Hello, My name is Linda, and i have had a nightmare using Clairol Balsam hair dye. i used it in December of 08, and the next day i noticed my hair not looking right. After looking real close i was lossing my hair . I call Clairol and told them what had happened, i have used their products for 20 years, and had never had a problem.
