Hair Dye Nightmare

Hello, My name is Linda, and i have had a nightmare using Clairol Balsam hair dye. i used it in December of 08, and the next day i noticed my hair not looking right. After looking real close i was lossing my hair . I call Clairol and told them what had happened, i have used their products for 20 years, and had never had a problem. But this time i was lossing my hair fast. Well the lady i talked to told me i used the wrong color, excuse me i know what color to use on my hair, and said she would send me a coupon for aussie hair treatment. I thought to myself (gee thanks)Well my hair kept coming out, so i wrote the company e-mail.They said they was going to send me a 4 dollar check for the hair dye. And they told me to see a doctor that it might be stress or my thyroid. Well did and they did blood work and everything came back normal. So again i wrote them again and told them the doctor said it wasnt nothing medcial, that it was the hair dye i used. I had to send them a doctor letter, and pics of my hair before and after. Well i did and i am waiting for them to get in touch with me. I have talked to alot of people that work with hair and said that i might never get all my hair back. I dont go out much anymore, and i have to ware hats and put my hair in ponytail.Which isnt going to work much longer because i have lost so much hair. I will never use another hair dye as long as i live. Talking about stress boy i have it now, every time i look in the mirror. Well i got my 4 dollar check and still have it i will not cash it.I am sorry but someone is going to pay for what i am going though. So anyone who is thinking about dying your hair, dont do it.
